1. 瑜伽輪按摩：先噴上白蘭花舒壓寧神噴霧在瑜伽墊，讓整個人慢慢平靜後，導師指導使用白蘭花身體

按摩油放鬆肌肉，著重肩膀關節及上背部伸展，練習打開肩膀、打開胸腔、放鬆上背肌肉改善不良姿勢

引起的寒背縮膊等問題。


2.瑜伽健身：哈達瑜伽體式 (例如扭動、彎曲及伸展等) 和 健身動作   (例如仰深蹲、臥起坐、俯臥撑等)，
