Harmonia Life Company Limited 為品牌 kimature 的擁有公司,謹代表 kimature 詳細列明給顧客及收件人的退款及/或換貨政策。
在本頁之中的所有條目,網頁瀏覽者、訂購者、收件人,本公司謹稱「閣下」。

本公司有權單方面保留更改所有下列及其他有關退款及/或換貨之條款,而不須作任何事先通知,若閣下不同意,可終止使用網上訂購服務。
以下細項詳述的情況,請恕本公司不接受退款及/或換貨
1. 請閣下在下訂單後,應該履行買家的責任,清楚填上正確並且有效的收件資料,包括收件人地址、收件人姓名及收件人聯絡電話。如因閣下沒有提供正確而有效的收件資料,而導致遺失訂單寄件,恕不接受任何退款及/或補發kimature 產品。
2. 請閣下清楚確認訂單指定數量正確,如在收到kimature 產品的數量不齊全,一經確認為閣下不慎在訂單上錯誤填上不正確的數量,例如在下訂單為訂購4件,然而收貨後原來閣下意屬不是想訂購4件,此類情況,恕不接受任何退款及/或補發kimature 產品。
3. 如閣下請在成功收件後一星期內,即是(7)天內需要完成檢查貨品數量是否齊全,逾期恕不受理相關的退款或補發 kimature 產品查詢。
4. 如閣下確認收貨後遺失 kimature 產品,本公司恕不受理退款或補發 kimature 產品。
5. 如屬天災 (颱風/颶風/水災/火災/昆蟲、動物侵擾而引致遺失寄件) 或/以及如屬因為人禍,例如戰事或任何戰事, (不論宣戰與否)、侵略、外敵行動、敵對行動 (不論宣戰與否)、國家內部戰爭、叛亂、革命、起義或軍事政變或奪權、示威、恐怖主義行動、核爆等等而導致遺失閣下訂單寄件,上述情況此乃不可抗力且無法預料的不幸事情,恕不接受任何退款及/或補發 kimature 產品。
6. 在通知寄出訂單的兩個月後,如閣下仍未收到貨品 (如貨件在任何原因下遺失、充公、毀滅、沒收、扣留,此乃不可抗力且無法預料的不幸事情,恕不接受任何退款及/或補發 kimature 產品。
7. 如閣下在確認收到產品後,純屬個人不慎發生意外而導致產品損壞及/以及破爛,本公司恕不受理退款或補發kimature 產品。
8. 如閣下認為本公司 kimature 產品的氣味清淡及 /不屬個人心儀的氣味 / 留香時間不及坊間同類產品,恕不接受退款及/或補發 kimature 產品。本公司 kimature 產品全屬天然 kimature 產品,不含有害化學成份及人工有害濃味香料,氣味是屬於個人喜好,絕不屬於 kimature 產品品質出現問題的範疇,以及產品必須確保衛生,亦不會安排退貨。
9. 如閣下應確認本身某些成份會出現痕癢/刺激或不確定的不適反應,購買前閣下應該向本公司職員(聯絡電話: +85235022384) 或 whatsapp 查詢 kimature 產品成份及其他資料才決定是否購買,因此,如果為此情況沒有清楚查詢kimature 產品成份又或是出現痕癢/刺激或不確定的不適反應,本公司恕不受理退款或補發 kimature 產品以及不會賠償閣下相關醫療款項。
10. 本公司的 kimature 部份產品在未開封前可存放兩年(2年),但是亦必須提醒閣下產品在開封後,請在最佳使用日期前 (每件 kimature 產品皆會註明 (Best Before Date) 的壹年(1年)內用完,即是例如 kimature 產品標明是2021年1月),亦建議閣下在2020年1月或以前盡快使用。亦建議閣下收貨後盡快使用,因為隨著開封後天然香味及效用會續漸流失,情況正如食品及飲品需要保持新鮮的道理一樣。
請注意,kimature 每件產品皆會註明最佳使用日期前 (Best Before Date) ,而kimature 每件產品是天然產品,必須放置在陰涼地方以及避免強烈光線 (例如陽光、激光、燈光) 直射及曝曬,如屬閣下在最佳使用日期前(Best Before Date) 的壹年 (1年) 後,即是例如,kimature 產品標明 是2021年1月,而在2021年2月或之後因存放不當而引致kimature 產品質地有異及發出異味,以及在使用時出現痕癢/刺激或不確定的不適反應,本公司恕不受理退款或補發kimature 產品以及不會賠償閣下相關醫療及所有款項。

請閣下在確認收件後的當天,盡快以whatsapp及電郵同時通知本公司,並於通知成功收件後一星期(7)天以內發現以下情況,逾期恕不接受任何退款及/或換貨。
a. kimature 產品出現破爛及/或出現損壞 (例如泵不到乳液或噴不到噴霧)
b. 收到的kimature 產品數量不符合訂單上的指定數量 (訂單上已清楚寫上正確數量,而本公司卻出錯了貨量)
查詢退款的程序
請閣下先拍下照片或影片 kimature 產品當時情況、開拆郵件的封面與包裝紙,再同時發到本公司的電郵以及whatsapp,同步核實及報導情況真確,絕無虛構。查證屬實後,可與本公司查詢退款一事。
查詢退貨及換貨的程序
閣下如要求退貨 (只接受kimature 產品出現破爛及/或出現損壞 (例如泵不到乳液或噴不到噴霧), 並不包括如閣下在確認收到產品後, 純屬個人不慎發生意外而導致產品損壞及/以及破爛,退貨費用一律皆是閣下自行支付郵費退回涉事產品給本公司。當本公司收回涉事產品,查證屬實後,補發產品的相關費用由本公司負責支付。

Our products do not contain alcohol and artificial fragrance, and therefore there is no pungent smell and the scene is not strong as the other brand products.
In addition, we suggest you can apply Eau Fraiche to the your comb for volatilizing the scent, and no need to rub your skin when apply Eau Fraiche because the scent will be destroyed when rubbing the skin.
Please let your skin absorb gradually and your body temperature will give off the pleasant scent.
Before applying our products, it is recommended to apply a small amount of this product on the skin near to ears and wrist area for a while to check with your skin capability. Avoid wounds and just for external use only.
kimature cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions or effectiveness when using our products and cannot be held responsible should any reactions or non-effectiveness occurs.

In view of the substantial reduction in flight frequencies or even cancellation of flights to certain destinations by airlines, Hongkong Post announced that it was considered necessary to adjust air mail services to these destinations.
We only provide free delivery service to Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea,Thailand when the order is HK$1000 or above.
If the order is under HK$1000, the shipping fee have to pay to us first. Sorry about that!
