肺,中醫五行屬金,是人體最嬌嫩的器官。同時,「肺主皮毛」,皮膚直接與空氣接觸,因此,肺最容易受外邪所侵襲。特別在秋天,乾燥蕭颯之氣,讓肺部不勝負荷,引致上呼吸道 (鼻敏感、喉嚨敏感)、皮膚易生濕疹、蕁麻疹等......

工作坊開始前,導師會指導使用身體按摩油先放鬆肌肉,並噴上舒壓寧神噴霧在瑜伽墊,讓整個人慢慢平靜......

內容:

集結瑜伽、頌缽聲頻按摩、中醫知識於一身的零基礎瑜伽主題小班。

1. 強氣:以瑜伽式子,啟動經絡體內的「氣循環」(Energy Flow Qi),從而復甦人體原本具備的源源不絕活力。

2. 護肺:專注正確呼吸及靜心方式,學習讓心肺吸入大量新鮮氧氣,呼出體內濁氣,再而融入日常生活。

3. 頌缽聲頻按摩及大休息 

4. 工作坊完結後,一起飲用純天然白蘭花茶,有助舒暢喉嚨,體驗全新的茶飲味道,亦是互相彼此交流溫馨時光。
